Our fantastic client based in Twickenham are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their fun, friendly team.

The role will involve:

• Delivering fantastic Customer Service
• Undertake all Customer Service & Operations processes
• Logging cases accurately
• Dealing with complaints and handling these accordingly
• Ensure you log accurately cases

Skills required for the role:

• Strong attention to detail and desire for maintaining quality data and systems
• High emotional intelligence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate flexibly as well as engage with the wider business
