We are seeking a Customer Order Administrator / Processor to join our clients team based in Braintree where you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and support. With a polite and eager telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle busy periods with ease, you'll be essential to our clients success.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Order Processor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Sales Orders: Accurately inputting and managing sales orders from customers, ensuring all details are correct and processed efficiently.
  • Answering Enquiries: Responding to customer phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaising with Couriers: Managing any delivery problems by liaising with couriers and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Arranging Returns: Organising product returns and exchanges, following company procedures to ensure smooth and hassle-free transactions.
  • Raising Purchase Orders: Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who:

  • Excellent Customer Service: You are polite, professional, and customer-focused with a strong telephone manner.
  • Attention to Detail: You can accurately process orders and check details to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Good Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and suppliers.
  • Organised: You are methodical in your approach, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Ideally we are looking for those who can start immediately.
