We are currently helping our client expand their Sales Support Team.
As a Sales Support Administrator your main responsibilities include:
- Raising Quotes/ Proformas - Stock & outsourcing non-stock
- Handling incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner, always providing a high level of customer service
- Processing orders - Stock & non-stock
- Raising basic credits
- Managing and maintaining the data in our ERP and Website systems
- General tasks and reporting related to order processing, quoting, data management and analysis
- Investigate and resolve interdepartmental and system queries
You must have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of an industrious team.
