We are currently helping our client expand their Sales Support Team.

As a Sales Support Administrator your main responsibilities include:

  • Raising Quotes/ Proformas - Stock & outsourcing non-stock
  • Handling incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner, always providing a high level of customer service
  • Processing orders - Stock & non-stock
  • Raising basic credits
  • Managing and maintaining the data in our ERP and Website systems
  • General tasks and reporting related to order processing, quoting, data management and analysis
  • Investigate and resolve interdepartmental and system queries

You must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work as part of an industrious team.
