Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and empathetic support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Collaborate with teachers to plan, evaluate, and adjust lesson plans and interventions to meet individual learning goals.
• Assist in creating a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.

Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting.
• A strong passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• The ability to work effectively under the guidance and direction of a classroom teacher.
