Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office
Operations Manager’s Core Duties
- Develop supply strategies to improve flow and aging of products
- Work with the sales and product teams to meet customer demand
- Implement mechanisms to reduce aged stock
- Work with dealers to ensure the right mix of models and production
- Work with the sales team to support and recommend strategies to achieve targets
- Support in the launch of new products
- Work with stakeholders to discuss supply requirements
- Report on current supply targets and recommendations at local and national level
- Ensure supply SLAs are being met and action taken if required
- Ensure distribution channels, and internal processes are efficient
Operations Manager’s Skills Required
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager within Supply
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Good project management skills
- Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
- Excellent budget and cost management skills
- Great communications and interpersonal skills
