IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support client IT systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including emergency fixes and long-term solutions.
• Configure and provision client devices and IT environments.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), Azure, and Office 365 services.
• Perform server backup and recovery operations.
• Provide proactive system maintenance and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate support records and communicate effectively with clients.
• Visit client sites when required to resolve issues or assist with technical projects.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with at least two years of experience in IT infrastructure support, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Key attributes include:

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365/Azure, Exchange, AD, SQL, and networking.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
• Undergraduate degree (Level 6) in any subject.
• Full driving licence and access to a car, for client site visits.
