2nd Line Support Engineer

Excellent opportunity for an experience 2nd line Engineer to join a very successful and established client in London. The successful candidates will be expected to have strong analytical and technical skills and will be also be expected to work with several different clients across multiple industries.

Our client are looking for 2nd Line Engineers who have worked in on-site or field roles previously. Strong communication skills is a must. You'll be given the opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies and enhance your skillset thoroughly over a short space of time.

This is an on-site role 5 days a week in the London area so please only apply if this works for you.

Skills required:

• Office 365 Administration
• Microsoft operating system (Win10/11/Server)
• Active Directory
• LAN/WAN networking equipment, routing/switching (Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers, firewalls)
• Hands on familiarity with PC/laptop hardware
• Anti-Virus
• Mobile Device Management
