Location: London - commutable to West London for regular client meetings
Salary: £39000 - £4800 car allowance

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven professional to play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and oversee order management.
  • Resolve client issues and collaborate with internal teams for process improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide market insights.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute promotions, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate in-store activations and events for enhanced brand visibility.
  • Identify and research potential new retailers, expanding the wholesale network.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the national market presence


Merchandising:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility within retail spaces.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product assortment decisions and display strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze merchandising effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed. ?
  • Work with wholesale and retail partners to implement merchandising plans that align with both the company and customers’ objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all merchandising materials and displays.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing, account management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
