You'll be the orchestrator, ensuring that offshore teams in EMEA and the US are aligned and thriving, managing expectations, triaging issues, and ensuring smooth communication flows. While no one directly reports into this role, your ability to lead and foster collaboration will be essential.

Their online underwriting and claims portal is a key focus, and your contributions will directly impact its ongoing success. You'll balance hands-on operational tasks - like managing invoices and supporting development teams - with the satisfaction of delivering innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
