Job Description:
Saffron Square is a modern contemporary development boasting an iconic 43 storey tower situated in the heart of Croydon with excellent transport links into London and Gatwick Airport within 15 mins.
Saffron Square hosts approx. 800 luxury apartments and it is easily identifiable in the Croydon skyline. Saffron Square also benefits from a landscaped roof top garden and residents’ gym.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Development Manager with the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- To co-ordinate the testing of equipment i.e. fire alarms, PAT testing etc.
- To monitor CCTV and investigate or action any matters accordingly.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Attending meetings with the Development Manager as required and supporting with preparation.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.

What We Ask From You:
- Ideally you will have experience working in a similar supervisory role in the residential block property management sector.
- Strong leadership and staff management experience, you will have the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with stakeholders across the board.
- Proficient IT Skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking Ability
