Marketing and Communications Executive

Our client, a well-established international membership organisation, have a wonderful opportunity for a adaptable and experienced individual to join them as a Marketing and Communications Executive within their Training and Events team! This position is the ideal role for someone who is looking to grow within marketing and who is looking to build upon their marketing experience and marketing experience within a trade organisation. Due to the nature of this position, it is based on site full time with negotiation of hybrid working after the probation period.

Some of the duties of this position will include:

• Identifying key audience segments and maintain all data
• Managing the company website and all events and training content, beginning to end drafting of monthly newsletters
• Coordinating and writing marketing materials, including emails and social media content
• Handling liaison with external vendors and organisations for upcoming events
• Plan, write and implement marketing activities for all parts of the trade body

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing assistant/ executive level
• Excellent social media understanding and competence
• Experience handling a high level of marketing activities and managing coordination of volume
• High level of organisation, planning and prioritisation of workload to deadlines
• Experience of working in a membership organisation is highly desirable
• Familiarity of DotDigital, Canva and Powtoon is a plus
