Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing independent Lloyd's broker in their search for a dynamic Senior Compliance Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Finance Director.

As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day compliance & conduct issues that impact the company & their Appointed Representatives, ensuring that the company operates in adherence with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in maintaining a culture of compliance throughout the organisation!

Experience required:

• Previous experience (5+ years) in a compliance role within the insurance industry, with a focus on London Market; Lloyd's, Wholesale broking and MGAs.
• Practical experience of working with Appointed Representatives; initial due diligence & onboarding, adding AR's & Approved Persons to the FCA Register, ongoing monitoring & supervision and terminating AR relationships.
• Experience in quality assurance / conducting file reviews.
• Appreciation of Financial Crime (AML & Sanctions).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certifications in compliance, such as ICA (International Compliance Association) or equivalent, are highly desirable.

Please note, this is a standalone role reporting into the senior management team. Also, you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
