Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working alongside a fantastic business in the Wetherby area of Leeds as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting all bank transaction daily for all companies
- Ensuring the bank balances reconcile to the general ledger for all business entities
- Keeping the daily cashflow up to date
- Managing the long term cashflow
- Reconciling all loan account statements
- Posting of all loan transactions
- Bank Reconciliations
- Weekly bank pack
- Manage cashbooks module
- Month end cashbook reporting and ledger close
- Assist in the clearing of any payments on account
- Ensure all house completion journals are posted
- Post all cash associated with house sales
- Production of revenue schedules for month end reporting
- Ensure processes are followed in accordance with financial requirements
- Generate and distribute invoices
- Ensure receipts & invoices are issued
- Sales ledger month end report analysis
Person Specification:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong with systems and Excel
- Able to commute to Wetherby - hybrid working
