Elevation Accounting and Finance are working with a leading innovating in their respective field looking to bring an additional Finance Assistant to their team on a 12 month FTC.
To be successful you will be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to make decisions autonomously, and in line with company policies and strategic direction.
Duties of Finance Assistant:
- To manage to the day to day activities in relation to the vendor ledger
- Process employee expenses and mileage returns and general management and administration of the online expenses system
- To process daily bank payments and receipts ensuring reconciliation with SAP and bank statements.
- To process incoming customer payments and account allocations.
- To deal with accounting queries both internal and externally in a timely and professional manner.
- To keep accurate accounting records and files for year-end audit purposes.
- Undertake and maintain a working knowledge of the SAP system in the areas relating to your role.

- Experience within a finance team (Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger)
- Available to start at short notice
- Experience using accountancy software
