Salary: Up to £28k Basic | £34k OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday - No Weekends!

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Manage bookings, repairs, and service inquiries with efficiency.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is ideal, but candidates with a strong customer service background will also be considered.
• A proactive, professional, and customer-centric approach.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
