Core Duties:

• Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
• Scheduling vehicles for the workshop and liaising with the team
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for customers to collect on time
• Conducting follow-ups with customers after service and sending maintenance reminders

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Service Consultant
• Demonstrated reliability
• Excellent communication abilities
• Professional, self-motivated, and dependable demeanor
