Service Administrator
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Our client, a leading company, is looking for a detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Act as the central point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, managing calendars and assigning tasks to technicians or field teams.
- Monitor service delivery, ensuring timely completion of jobs and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Process service requests and track their progress in the company's database or CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service contracts, and warranties.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Generate and analyse service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks related to service operations.
- Support the development and implementation of new service procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in a service coordination, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the company's industry or technical services is advantageous but not essential.
