Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the flexible packaging industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the best solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on product innovations, market trends, and new offerings.
- Proactively address any concerns or issues from clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for expanding business within existing key accounts.
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.
- Create customised proposals and solutions based on client requirements, working closely with the internal teams (e.g., internal sales, studio, production, logistics).
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by managing accounts effectively and closing new business deals.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (product development, production, and logistics) to develop strategies that meet client needs while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Track and analyse key account performance, presenting regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the flexible packaging sector.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of products.
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients from order placement to delivery and beyond.
- Act as a liaison to resolve any challenges or discrepancies that arise during the order process.
- Address and manage customer complaints and concerns efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
