Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: OTE: up to £65,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am-6pm, Friday 8:45am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm (occasional Saturdays, should the team require additional support).
Contract Type: Maternity Cover (12 months)"This role will potentially become permanent in the future due to the continuing growth of the business, we cannot however guarantee it at this stage."
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current sales market, preferably in the Greater London area.
Duties will include:
- Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
- Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
- Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
- Accountable quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
- To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Develop the core business in the branch.
- Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff.

- Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.??
- Listing & valuation experience.??
