Forward Role are working with a B2C professional services business to recruit a Senior CRM Executive. This role will report into the CRM Manager and join a CRM team of 5.

Responsibilities:

• Line management of a CRM Assistant
• Plan, build, segment, test and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns
• Automations & workflows
• Data integrations
• Create email nurturing campaigns to convert leads
• AB test to ensure optimisation
• Analysis and reporting of campaigns

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
• Strong working knowledge of CRM tools for marketing purposes
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to analyse data, report on performance and suggest areas for improvement
