Sales Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer for a family run, award winning, independent Estate Agency based in their thriving Chelmsford office, who cover the whole of Essex. They have also expanded their services into commercial, auction, land & new homes as well as financial services and conveyancing.

Their clients are their number one priority, and they always aim to provide exceptional customer service with their teams being highly experienced, and having extensive knowledge in their specialisms. The company have strong core values which the successful candidate will have to work to, along with always being motivated and hungry for success.

You must have a minimum of 2 year's experience as a Sales Valuer, with a proven track record of listing properties and securing new business opportunities. Knowledge of the Chelmsford and surrounding property market would be advantageous.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Valuer include:

• Basic £25,000
• OTE £45,000 - £50,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm (1 Saturday off per month, with day off during the week when worked a Saturday)
