Job Title: Sales Valuer - Award-Winning Estate Agency
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: Competitive + Commission (OTE £45-50k)

• A proven track record of listing property and securing new business opportunities.

• Knowledge of the Chelmsford and surrounding property market is a plus.

• Valuing properties and presenting tailored advice to clients.
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike.
• Following up on warm leads while creating your own new opportunities.
