Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day lettings operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Canvassing: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted canvassing efforts.
• Appraisals: Conduct accurate rental appraisals, providing informed advice to landlords and ensuring competitive market positioning.
• Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, delivering excellent service to prospective tenants and landlords.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the lettings team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Compliance: Ensure all lettings activities meet legal and regulatory standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in lettings and property management, with a focus on senior or managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of the property market and current trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving license.
