This Macclesfield school is proactive in helping their students and look to support smaller groups of their students with additional needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant this could be your repsonsibility to ensure these children get the most out of their education.

So, as a SEN Teaching Assistant, what will you be doing?

• Assisting pupils out with maintaining on task during school time
• Providing emotional and mental support to students who need this
• Working cohesively with the Teacher to ensure that lesson plans are delvered effectively
