This role involves supporting students across the school, from EYFS to KS2, ensuring that children with special educational needs receive tailored assistance to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs across EYFS to KS2.
• Assist in the implementation of IEPs and adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional development of all pupils.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and report on student progress.
• Support classroom management and assist with the preparation of learning resources.
