My client is a leading provider of water efficiency technologies, specializing in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. With a growing presence in the UK and France, they are expanding rapidly and offer excellent opportunities for career progression.

My client is looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join their team. This role involves conducting site surveys, installing and commissioning systems, performing planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and providing after-sales support. The position requires occasional overnight travel, participation in an on-call rota, and one office-based day per week for planning and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a field service role, ideally working with pumping or cooling systems in a construction environment. A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in plumbing (JIB Plumber) is required, and leadership experience or an SMSTS certification would be advantageous.

The Role:

• Install, commission, and maintain specialist water efficiency systems.
• Conduct site surveys, fault finding, and reactive maintenance.
• Provide after-sales support, product testing, and repairs.
• Travel to client sites with occasional overnight stays and participate in an on-call rota.
• Receive specialist training with clear career progression and opportunities for further qualifications.

The Ideal Person:

• Experienced in a field service role, ideally with pumping or cooling systems in a construction environment.
• Holds a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in plumbing (JIB Plumber).
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop professionally with leadership potential.
• Confident in dealing with clients and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Holds a full, valid manual driving licence (must be over 25 due to insurance requirements).
