Tonic are assisting our client's search for a head chef to lead the brigade at their fresh-food gastro pub in Sutton Coldfield. The business promotes a culture of kindness - they value their people and look after their team.

Our client is looking for a head chef to take the helm of their kitchen and drive it forward. The food is all fresh and based on British classics.

What are we looking for in the successful Head Chef?

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen - this could be as sous or head chef
• A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
