Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SENLocation:

Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Salary: £87 - £100 per day
Job Duties: - Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
- Assisting teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Helping students with personal care needs, if required
Required Qualifications: - Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Good understanding of SEN strategies and techniques
Experience: Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a similar setting
Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions: This role involves working within a school environment, supporting students with SEN. The Teaching Assistant may need to assist with personal care and be prepared to handle challenging behaviour. The work is full-time and temporary in nature, based in Salford, Greater Manchester.
