Reeson are working closely with an exceptional primary school in Bramhall, who are looking to find an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time, long-term role to start in as soon as possible (you will transfer directly on to a contract with school after a period of time).

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements for the successful teaching assistant:

• Relevant experience working with children of all ages in an educational setting or similar.
• A passion for supporting the learning and development of children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.

Working Hours:

The position is based on a temporary to permanent contract with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing you with a stable routine and work-life balance.
