Accounts Receivable Assistant

A leading retail group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the UK centres team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Billing duties including monthly tenant income billing and year end rental reconciliations
• Liaise with Centre Property Accountants and answer any tenant queries
• Provide support and copy documents to Auditors at time of Centre audit
• Credit Control duties including managing the collection of payments from tenants and issuing legal letters where necessary
• Monitor bank accounts and provide timely allocation of cash to invoices
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Review accruals with the property management accountant and bill the tenants accordingly
• Complete manual bank reconciliations

This is an exciting and varied role for somebody with circa 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role, ideally within property or retail. The ideal candidate will be proactive and highly personable in order to maintain relationships with brands and centre managers.
