Description

• Accounts Receivable Assistant:

• Handle incoming invoices and process payments in a timely manner.

• Communicate with clients to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.

• Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate records are kept.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Implement effective collection strategies to minimise company debt.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
• Continuously improve the accounts receivable process to increase efficiency.
• Contribute to the team and company objectives.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
