A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Social Worker has arisen within our clients Assessment and Intervention)! We are looking for experienced and passionate Qualified Social Workers to join a dedicated Assessment and Intervention team. As part of this Assessment and Intervention team, you will be part of a fast paced, busy and supportive team who assess and work with Children and Families.
As a senior social worker within our Assessment and Intervention Service, you will be responsible for undertaking social work on allocated cases and producing outcome-based plans that reflect the needs of and risks to children and their families. You will develop effective relationships with children, young people and their families to improve the impact of work and determine the level of service available.
Working in accordance with social care legislation and local government requirements, informed by the values and principles of social care; you will be supporting in the delivery of person centred, safe and effective social care services. Using your professional knowledge and experience you’ll make assessments and decisions about the most appropriate interventions. Applying your significant Social Work experience and excellent communication skills you’ll establish and maintain relationships with service users and other agencies to ensure services meet identified needs.
