• Salary: £30k-£32k

• Help young people overcome challenges and gain work experience and job opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with businesses to create career pathways.
• Support individuals in developing skills and confidence for long-term success.

• Find and secure work placements and apprenticeships by building relationships with businesses.
• Attend events, make calls, and network to connect with employers.
• Match individuals with suitable roles, prepare them for interviews, and support them in their placements.
• Ensure employer sites are safe and provide proper supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are up-to-date.
• Promote the benefits of the service to employers and gather feedback to improve.

• Experience working with employers to create job opportunities.
• Sales and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
• Ability to manage time, solve problems, and think strategically.
• Knowledge of working with young people facing challenges like unemployment or lack of education.
• Familiarity with safeguarding practices and willingness to keep skills updated.
• Right to work in the UK
