Lending Case Administrator | Cheadle, Greater Manchester (Local to public transport links) | Salary up to £26, 000 per annum + exceptional benefits  

Our client is a modern & vibrant specialist lending firm based in Greater Manchester. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lending Case Administrator; joining a team you'll be supporting clients ensuring loans are completed. To succeed in this role you'll be a highly effective communicator and you'll manage expectations whilst delivering a 5 star service. 

You'll be preparing case files, coordinating important documentation, liaising with solicitors, brokers and clients and managing processes internally. 

Experience required:

• You will have prior experience within the property lending sector (1st, 2nd charge, bridging or buy to let will be considered)
• Prior administration or case manager experience essential.
