Location: Fully remote role with a virtual office in Bristol and a small office in Monmouth.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary:£40,000 to £60,000 PA dependent on experience

Our client, a specialist boutique law firm, is seeking a driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor to play a key role in the continued development and expansion of their corporate department.

The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be instrumental in driving the growth of the corporate department by delivering exceptional advice to clients across a broad range of corporate law matters, including share and asset disposals and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and limited liability partnership agreements, and bank funding.

• Provide outstanding and straightforward advice to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers

• Assist in the development and expansion of the corporate department

• Handle a varied caseload in all areas of corporate law

• Demonstrate professionalism, approachability, and strong communication skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within corporate law

• Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence in driving department growth

• Highly articulate both verbally and in writing

• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

• Alignment with the firm's values and commitment to excellence
