I’m currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial Property/Senior Associate Solicitor on behalf of a well-regarded law firm based on Bristol, offering the chance to take on a leadership role with a clear path to potential directorship.
In this role, you'll step into an existing caseload and lead a small but experienced team, including an associate solicitor, trainee solicitor, and paralegal. You'll be supported by senior solicitors and work closely with a director. The work will focus on a variety of commercial property matters, from land and building acquisitions to Landlord and Tenant lease transactions, with the opportunity to support corporate and litigation teams as well.

My client is looking for someone with at least 7 years' qualified experience in commercial property law, who is ready to take on a leadership role. Ideally, you’ll have either led a smaller team within a larger firm or be looking to join a smaller, more agile outfit where you can make an impact. Strong communication, client relationship management, and project management skills are essential.
