Conveyancing Assistant

A fantastic new role based in Pudsey has become available with one of Yorkshire's leading law firms, which is looking to strengthen its Pudsey office with the hire of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant.

The firm is looking to hire a Conveyancing Assistant with a minimum of 6 months experience. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a Senior Fee Earner, which will offer you fantastic career progression.

It is essential that you have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant to be considered for this role – applications from those without will not be accepted.

Key Tasks

• Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents
• Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
• Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries
• Ordering searches
• Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork
• Setting up completions
• Issuing Mortgage reports to clients
