About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greater Manchester. This role offers the chance to inspire and support upper Key Stage 2 pupils as they continue their educational journey, preparing them for the transition to Year 6.
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure success for every child.

Requirements:
We are looking for a Year 5 Teacher who has:
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5.
A thorough understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A proactive, engaging, and empathetic approach to teaching.
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
