Help Desk Analyst

Do you have excellent inter-personal and customer service skills? A good understanding of IT and a desire to carve a career in IT? Then we have a great opportunity for you.

Working as part of a busy service delivery team, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues. Raising service tickets, providing basic IT solutions and escalating when necessary to second and third line support colleagues.

This is an onsite role in Hatfield, Herts

Starting ASAP

Salary £26,000 plus bens

Hours 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday
