Our blue chip client based in Hatfield, Herts is looking to recruit a 1st line Help Desk Engineer to support their busy service delivery team. This is an on-site role 5 days per week, candidates will need to live within sensible commuting distance of Hatfield.

The role will be perfect for someone with excellent customer facing skills, as you will be dealing with first level responses and tickets from both internal and external customers. Basic Microsoft Office, Windows and general PC skills are required, along with a passion for IT and a desire to build a career in Information Technology.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with good organisational abilities.

A starting salary of £26,000 is on offer for the right candidate, with the opportunity to progress within the team and business.
