Location: Oldham

Salary: £80 - £95 per day (Depending on Experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Value Education is currently working with a Primary School in Bury, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the class teacher in lesson planning and delivery
• Prepare teaching materials and resources
• Facilitate group activities and discussions
• Provide individual and group support to students as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Passionate about promoting academic success for all students
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to establish professional relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress
