We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team within HP Head Office. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our retail marketing & alliance operations. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen our market presence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to understand project opportunities and support requirements

Work closely with Retail Field and Training teams to ensure the teams are informed about new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives in weekly focus updates

Work with content agencies to deliver various projects on time across key retailers

ALLIANCE PARTNER

Support Trade Marketing Lead with retail operations requests and ensure smooth functioning of alliance partner trade marketing.

Work with Trade Marketing Managers to support & execute alliance marketing activity approvals for key campaigns and compile post activity reporting to support MDF claiming.

CHANNEL MARKETING

Channel Support; Provide support to our retailers by delivering marketing materials, creation of product video content for on-site pages to enhance shopper experience & accelerate sales.

Responsible for managing and executing channel marketing & enablement across our smaller retailers/e-tailer accounts.

REPORTING

& ANALYSING TRENDS

Identify trends and opportunities to enhance the retail experience and brand consistency across retail furniture projects and branded bays to drive sales growth and exposure.

Support NPI Retail launch requirements as necessary

Ensure wash-up/closure phase of projects to include performance and KPI’s

  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
  • You're passionate about technology and eager to stay up to date with industry trends.
