My client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team to work with their B2B and B2C clients to provide excellent customer service the duties will include:

• Responding to customer e-mails and phone calls
• Order processing
• Returns processing
• Tracking shipments
• General Customer service queries and problem resolution
• Ad-hoc Admin

If you have experience providing excellent customer service skills, computer literate and excellent problem solving skills this could be the role for you! You will need to be immediately available or available at short notice
