A well-established, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking an Office Manager to join their Nottingham team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The Office Manager's Role
The successful Office Manager will oversee all administrative operations within the Nottingham office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service that supports both local and national objectives. Working closely with the Office Partner and HR team, the Office Manager will manage office facilities, coordinate employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to wider practice initiatives.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, producing professional documentation, and managing the office budget while adhering to the organisation's values. From facilitating meetings to supporting marketing campaigns, this role offers a dynamic and impactful position within a supportive and inclusive environment.
