Senior Finance Administrator
Location: Hertford (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days from home) Close to Hertford East and North stations
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)

A leading financial services company based in Hertford is seeking a Senior Administrator to join and support their existing administrative team of two. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial administrator to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to a team of 2.
• Oversee the administration inbox, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Perform general administrative duties, including:
  • Answering phones and managing correspondence.
  • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Preparing reports and documents.
• Assist with financial processes, including ISAs, pensions, and related tasks.
• Ensure smooth office operations by efficiently handling day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in financial administration is essential.
• Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
• Location: Ideally based near Hertford.
