• Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

• Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start

My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to our client based in Kingston. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a busy conveyancing department

• Assisting with files from instruction to completion, sales, remortgages and other admin duties 
• Managing the onboarding platforms and utilising case management systems, 
• Verifying ID's to effectively onboard clients, obtaining source of funds and wealth information 
• Liaising with conveyancers, clients and estate agents throughout process 

• Minimum 12 months experience in a support role within a busy conveyancing department.
• Essential knowledge of sales, purchase, and remortgaging processes.
• Proficiency in using Case Management Systems.
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
