Our client is a long-established practice, under strong management and offering a wide range of services to commercial and private clients in the local community. There is plenty of support and the offices are lovely, in a good location a short distance from the river.

You will be joining a small, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. You will be working very closely with a partner, with a varied mix of:

• Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• Lease extensions
• Remortgages
• Some commercial property too

You:

We are inviting applications from:

• Those with previous experience in conveyancing
• Paralegals, legal assistants, secretaries or similar
• Candidates who can show recent experience handling their own pre- and post-completion matters
• Those with at least 1 year’s conveyancing experience who live in or around southwest London and have the right to work in the UK
