Senior Finance Business Partner

Our client is top performing FTSE 250 who are looking for someone to work alongside the Head of Commercial Finance in delivering "best in class" support in areas of financial analysis, transformation and finance integration projects.

This newly created role will be working on a variety of post acquisition projects, which will include:

• Facilitating the smooth financial integration of newly acquired entities into the Group
• Acting as the primary business partner through the integration processes
• Transitioning the management and financial reporting methodologies to Group standards
• Analysis of financial and operating models for acquired businesses, identifying opportunities for process improvement and work with senior management to deliver plans
• Providing finance teams in their delivery of monthly management reporting and key financial planning outputs
• Seeking out financial and commercial insights to drive profitability and to support operational and commercial teams

The successful candidate should be competent in technical areas of FP&A, management accounting and reporting, and experienced partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders. You should hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) and have ideally worked within a large complex organisation. Experience of mergers and / or acquisitions / or integration would be a distinct advantage, as would a high degree of IT literacy. A deals or transaction services background would also be considered.

This is a permanent role that will require travel between the London HQ and regional offices on a regular basis. They support hybrid working. Base salary is up to £75k plus allowances and bonus.
