Pertemps Crawley are working with a reputable parts provider based in Horsham who are looking for a personable Account Manager to join their team. Initially full-time office based with the option of hybrid working after probation.

The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and best service
• Processing orders, amending contracts, and updating customer details
• Carrying out market research and identify new business opportunities through analysis of competitor data
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Previous experience in a similar customer service / account management role
• Good customer awareness
• First class communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail when working with & analysing data

• Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & 4.15pm Friday finish
• £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
