My client is a leading law firm, seeking a dynamic and empathetic Family Associate to join their growing and market-leading Family Team.

This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth story, working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals in the prestigious Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth groups.

Highlights of this role:

• Become a key member of a Tier 2 ranked Family team in the Legal 500 and Band 2 in Chambers & Partners for matrimonial finance (HNW).
• Contribute to the continued expansion of the Family team, which has more than doubled in size within the last 13 months.
• Leverage your exceptional technical and legal knowledge in HNW Family Law to provide exceptional client service.

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in financial remedies, private children law, and protective orders such as non-molestation and occupation orders.
• Ability to combine excellent technical and legal knowledge with the 'human touch' required of a Family lawyer.
• Familiarity with surrogacy and/or adoption matters is a bonus, but not a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the wider team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to the growth of the Family team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in HNW Family Law.
• Excellent academic credentials and a track record of success in the legal field.
• Passion for the practice of Family Law and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients.
